That would be komugi from Nurse witch komugi. Also from Soultaker. but she never wears that outfit in soultaker.....
In Nurse Witch shes kinda a cosplay/actress. they make it seem like soultaker *very gritty anime* was one of the shows she stared in.
both are pretty good. |
