Fukurou Tsurubami (鶴喰 梟)He was the director of Hakoniwa General Hospital thirteen years prior to the start of the series, and was the winner of the first Jet Black Wedding Feast, being one of Medaka Kurokami's original suitors. He is the father of Kamome Tsurubami, uncle of Medaka Kurokami and the younger brother of Hato Tsurubami.
