Yonemi Kamon (嘉門 米美)Yonemi Kamon is a government employee who is the administrator of the current Battle Royale program. He briefs the students on the rules of Battle Royale. He is a vile and sadistic man, as he kills two students because they annoy him. He is also overtly lecherous.
