Saicho (最澄)Saicho is a member of Team Kuu, as well as it's second in command.He is good natured, respectful, and friendly teenager. He is extremely devoted to Team Kuu, as is primary movivation for fighting is to prove that his team is not a low level group of thugs and assassins, but fighters who seek pure strength for the sake of strength.
