Shuzo Matsutani (シュウゾウ・マツタニ)He is the "Kaze no Saga" or "Saga of Wind." A very absent-minded, irresponsible 11-year-old boy who loves baseball (which he's bad at) and cute girls (which upsets Meg greatly).
