Jayce PartiractA member of the Penal Hero Unit 9004. He is the unit's cavalryman - specifically, a dragon knight specializing in air combat. He is loved by dragons and could even understand them. He is interested in nothing else but winged creatures, specifically dragons. Jayce has a small build like Dotta but more intimidating; the opposite of Dotta.
