Haru (ハル)Lulu is a character of the day who appeared in Wobbu-Palooza! (EP175). She is a resident of Wobbuffet Village. Just like other residents of that village, she bears a slight resemblance to her Wobbuffet.When the Wobbuffet Festival crashers came to town one year before the events of the episode and began to wreck it, Lulu was the one who stopped them with her Wobbuffet. Later, when Team Rocket came to the village, Lulu was excited to see that Jessie also owned a Wobbuffet. Lulu then placed a yellow Ribbon around Wobbuffet's head. When Team Rocket was accused of attacking Wobbuffet, Lulu immediately tried to prove their innocence.
