Baffle d'Ice (バッフル・アイス)One of three brothers who are the winning candidates for the Mascorrida. The Ice Bros are brothers from three different fathers, with Baffle d'Ice beign the the eldest. He is the son of a cook and fights with giant swiss army knife, which is equiped with cooking materials, such as giant knives and forks. The three never won a championship in the tournament, as there is no place for a winner.In the anime, it is shown that Baffle and his brothers work directly for the Countess, killing all the winning candidates in the Mascorrida so that no one can take her late son's place in succession to the throne. She simply doesn't know that the Ice Bros are plotting against her and also aim for a higher position. Baffle says that the Countess owes them a great debt for all these years, and after Jing's incredible arrival at the tournament, he fears that the Countess may end her relations with them and cut off all of their benefits over the city of Zaza. After the incident involving the Warrior of the Rising Sun and the Countess's safety, Baffle took the opportunity to try to further gain the Countess's trust, saying that Jing was a threat to their city and that he himself should be responsible for his execution. The same is not known about his brothers, but Baffle is not human and wears a mask to hide his true monstrous face. In the manga, Baffle says that he went through an experience that almost cost him his life, but somehow managed to escape in exchange for his humanity.
