Hansen (阪箋)Hansen is the leader of the Ikebukuro Criminal Black Members, who served as the overseer of the fight between the Tokyo Manji Gang and Valhalla.Hansen is a man with a tall and muscular stature. His black hair is fashioned in a fade and he has a piercing on his left earlobe as well as long straight eyebrows. He is most often seen wearing the customary Ikebukuro Criminal Black Members uniform. As the leader of Ikebukuro Criminal, Hansen is depicted to be well-respected by his subordinates for he would usually be greeted by them whenever he passed.
