OkinuOkinu is the youngest daughter of the village headman. Her father initially wants to wed her to Matsu so that he wouldn't leave the village, though that is eventually resolved. When she is set to leave for a few years to undergo domestic training, Kanji confesses his feelings and a smiling Okinu tells him to wait for her, confirming that his feelings are reciprocated.
