TeslaTesla is an E-rank villain and one of the roughly 70 villains recruited by the League of Villains for the U.S.J. Incident, making him a minor antagonist in the U.S.J. Arc.Tesla is a tall, lean man with slanted grey eyes and beige, somewhat pimply skin. He wears a dark green sleeveless bodysuit with a white belt and black boots and covers his face with a skull-shaped mask. Tesla is a cruel villain and was shown to be somewhat strategic, demonstrated by how he targeted and took Denki Kaminari hostage due to his own immunity to Electrification, and instantly figuring out and stopping Kyoka Jiro's plan to defeat him. He admits that he feels a sort of kinship with fellow electric Quirk users and would prefer not to harm them if it can be helped. Tesla's Quirk allows him to harvest and manipulate electrical currents. He can use his gathered electricity to attack, and can use them to block other electrical signals.
