Carl Meiser (カール・マイセ)The student director of hall B, where Serge and Gilbert's room is, and Serge's good friend. An intelligent, levelheaded, and religious student who is nonetheless attracted somewhat to Gilbert. He stays in a boarding house in the city and goes every day to the academy from there.
