Laguna Husert (ラグナ・ヒューゼルト)An actor from the Aoi Cosmos and a member of the Element 4 that serves under Drakken Joe, being known as the "Spirit of Water".Laguna is shown to be a kind person, especially when compared to the other members of the Element 4 and Drakken's crew. While most laugh alongside Drakken when he commits cruel acts, Laguna holds a solemn look. He also attempts to comfort Rebecca during her imprisonment. In battle, he is quite a crafty trickster, goading his opponents into crying by any means in order to use his Ether Gear against them, such as making up a sob story or using an Oedo Onion as a last resort.
