Chul Ki (철기)Chul-Ki is the adopted father of Tae Min and Woo Jin, and the leader of an extremely powerful gang in Korea. He runs a whorehouse and makes the prostitutes drug addicts to his particular brand so they won't leave him. One of these women was Woo's mother, who had ODed on drugs. Currently, it is unknown whether Tae Min's mother was Chul-Ki's handmade prostitute or had nothing to do with him.When Chul-Ki had learned of Tae and Woo's powers, he adopted them as children and trained them together. It isn't implied he loves either boy, but he did give them admirable gifts when they followed his orders. On the other hand, he did set a wild dog on Tae Min as a punishment for Woo disobeying him. When Woo left him with Tae Min, he searched for him all the way into his adult life while raising Min. It's unknown if he and Min planned for him to leave his wing as an adult and changed their relationship as a pay for hire type of deal, but he isn't shown to have any qualms with it. Chul-Ki is as ruthless with his own people as with his sons. He brutally murdered his own henchmen if they didn't manage to totally follow his orders, and let some of them get fatally injured because Tae Min wanted to "play" with them. He also saw the anger and rage Tae Min had gained when he was younger because he was abused by his father, and used that to his advantage to hurting or killing people. Woo wasn't as compliant and it eventually lead to his abandoning him. Voice Actors No voice actors have been added to this character.
