Gopp (ゴップ)Gopp is an Earth Federation Admiral stationed at Jaburo. Before the One Year War he oversaw the construction of Jaburo and discussed Zeon's mobile worker construction with Tem Ray. When White Base arrives at Jaburo, Bright and Mirai meet before Gopp multiple times, and are eventually ordered by him to head to space along with the Tianem fleet.
