Chizuru Sugawara (菅原 千鶴)Seat number: 14A girl who bullies weak people often together with Kaede. Both of them prank men who are looking for prostitutes by pretending they are one and then dumping them after getting the money. She is Ayana's fourth victim. During one of their pranks, Ayana calls the police to inform them that a minor was in the love hotel.
