Sinclair Cerebrese (シンクレア・セレブレッゼ)Sinclair Cerebrese was a Vice Admiral in the Free Planets Alliance's Fleet. Considered to be a expert of logistics, he organized and was responsible for supplying the Alliance forces in the Van-Fleet Starzone and likely in the entirety of the Alliance side of the Iserlohn Corridor. During the Battle of Van-Fleet, which encompassed many smaller battles and skirmishes, Vice Admiral Cerebrese was in command of an Alliance rear supply base.
