A young girl whose father is the president of Asagi Electric.
She is a serial killer in the Domestic Killer arc along with her father who made her a killer. Notably, she kills a man in the bathroom at an amusement park, and Kuroko kills her father. After the incident, Kuroko takes her to Chiyo's hospital to recuperate and stops her when she attempts to take her own life. She becomes part of Kuroko's group, eventually forming a close found-family relationship with Aiko, who she comes to call her mom. In the Punishing Love arc, she meets a girl named Noel who she becomes friends with. Noel is kidnapped by a serial killer because Noel is fatherless. Rinko realizes she was the one who killed Noel's dad in the Domestic Killer arc, and saves Noel from her kidnapper. Rinko feels remorse for killing her dad, and comes clean to Noel, who knew already. They confess their love for one another.
