Youzou Suguro (スグロ・ヨウゾウ)He is a representative of Kivernas Manufacturing Company, who supplies Trail Kregers and other military hardware (where one of it is the Argevollen a prototype) to the Arandas side. He is also Jaime's immediate superior. He is basically cunning, shrewd, and most of all, manipulative. It is implied that his company plays both sides of the war where it supplies weapons to both parties in order to profit from their conflict.(Source: ANN) Voice Actors
