i'm idle in this period of time so i just write this to ease my boredom

one of the first reasons humans created art forms which includes storytelling too was conveying emotions and lessons that were necessary for their life.
each era and nation brings with itself it's own morals and values based on the needs of society to the modern society which the life itself is questioned.
as once a man said: the only remaining question that has remained in philosophy is whether to kill yourself or not
The world has changed.

In the past under the reign of kings and queens the era which your future was determined from the moment you were born you didn't need to wonder what the fuck is the meaning of your life or ask question. you worked hard to feed yourself and when you were home you were so tired and exhausted that you didn't have any time to think. but now everything has changed.
people live without really knowing why
Since the beginning art and specially stories were forms of communicating opinions and philosophies on these matters in a better way. poets ‚ writers ‚ philosophers ‚ historians ‚ psychologists (nowadays) and more people have strove to find answers for the questions of mankind.
and as i said storytelling is or better to say was a way of conveying ideas ‚ beliefs ‚ philosophies ‚ opinions etc... to others in a more beautiful and insightful way.
i personally for "some reasons" love communicating with others through stories and the characters that are created in them striving to enjoy my somewhat empty life with sharing that emptiness finding myself in other people's creations and enjoying my life to the fullest. Even though maybe being a fool to some extent may provide a better life for a person (the less you know the better ‚ at least sometimes) i still want answers for my questions and even if i have answers i want others' answers too. So what the fuck i mean by this?
As i said i appreciate a story if it has real depth in it. although depth in itself is an immeasurable thing but basically even though i watch anime and movies read books and manga for enjoyment the enjoyment i want isn't some stupid "beam beam boom boom" beautiful fights or astonishing visuals ‚ and worst of all shallow big brainie illogical stories with 90 percent Wikipedia information being pasted in the story with it having next to no originality and idea behind it to just feel smart.

i get enjoyment out of connection. which what i connect to the most is Ambiguity. human life and experiences philosophies and human psyche are the most ambiguous things i could find for myself that i could get enjoyment out of.
when you light a candle in america you have the same light and fire that you would have had if you have lit the same candle in china.
but if you do an action in america you would get a different reaction from the public if you have done the same in china. it doesn't have an answer culture ‚ values ‚ philosophies and people's behaviors change in time. and i take enjoyment out of these. just like children playing with toys. i get bored easily and i really hate boredom. and that's the point i want to make. i enjoy an story only if it can entertain me with this framework of ideas ‚ originality ‚ uniqueness ‚ depth and such stuff. at the end of the day i'm just a broken asshole laughing at my own past and doing the same thing with anything that i see in my sight, maybe i really am (after all these years) just a mad man possessed by a witch and weary of boredom entranced by one single ray of light that beams into my cell, a person entranced not with the world of words but with the world of thoughts, a form of love for watching people who are not defined by their traits but define their own traits living a life i did or maybe didn't, making mistakes and failing, succeeding and growing, a world of emotions embellished by the magic called storytelling and character writing

the story of a person traveling from hell to heaven written by a short sighted prejudiced fool, the adventures of a few kids playing with the depth of hell, the journey of international heroes saving the world, the fight to the death with the evil for the sake of honor, the chosen champions fulfilling a prophecy, brainwashed stupids going on the journey for achieving their worthless goals, none of these things are what i crave for

the hell created by a short sighted fool in the path of heaven, the spiritual/psychological journey of a soulless girl trying to find meaning, the adventures of a family not related by blood protecting the one single simple meaning of their lives that is called "bond", the story of the forgotten promise that caused a tragedy, the tragedy of the chosen one who was fooled by a prophecy, the struggles of a person trying to atone for his sins by committing a single last sin, the broken bond that will never get fixed, they're the stories i crave for

for the record: i'm not opposed to normal entertainment like watching the next trend of comedy or LMAO when i'm watching Kaguya sama. all i'm saying is that my most pure form of enjoyment and entertainment comes from other stuff. because i just don't like reachable answers. if the answers are reachable and they end when you solve the questions then that's it it ended it's over there's no more in that subject. maybe it's one of the reasons i don't like science math physics biology and such things.

warning: the opinions of those who act like what they say is "fact , unchangeable truth and they have a bigger brain than anyone" will be ignored and maybe even deleted.

1- kara no kyoukai (Garden of sinners) is the most underrated/underappreciated piece of fiction i have seen until now(and probably of all time). i wish for the day that people understand this masterpiece

2- Shinichiro Watanabe is not a talented/good Script writer

3- Neon genesis evangelion, monogatari, Fate/hollow ataraxia, kara no kyoukai, gintama, Monster, Madoka Magica, fruits basket, Clannad have the best cast of characters that i have seen in fiction

4- AOT isn't a masterpiece by any means

5- Nasuverse works: KNK>F/HA>F/Z=F/SN>Tsukihime

6- Edgar Allen Poe is the greatest western writer i have seen

7- Akatsuki no Yona is underrated

8- Berserk just got started after golden age and it doesn't go on a downhill

9- Shinsekai yori has one of the worst cast of characters and stories i have seen in fiction

10- Shoujo anime are not just for girls

11- Girls' last tour is underrated

12- Maquia is a shallow cheap drama

13- Vivy is a shallow cheap sci-fi/drama

14- madoka magica's 3rd movie isn't bad at all, reinforcing the previous series is the only thing it does, watch this video essay from Bess to understand what i mean (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_71AJSpDPI&t=17s) she explains it better than i ever could

15- Ginga Eiyuu densetsu's (LOGH) take on politics is great

16- Fate's main series (F/SN,F/Z,F/HA) , friuts basket , Neon genesis evangelion (EOE/TV/Manga) , Monogatari series , Monster , Gintama , Psycho pass S1 , serial experiments lain , Kara no kyoukai , Kino no Tabi , Madoka magica , Ginga eiyuu densetsu , Perfect blue are thematic masterpieces

17- Owarimonogatari season 1&2 and Zoku owarimonogatari are best parts of the series

18- Katanagatari was disappointing for me. it's not "bad" but since it's written by nisio isin i expected the same god tier character development isin gave me in Monogatari , which it didn't have

19- Vagabond is better than berserk

20- fullmetal alchemist isn't well paced and doesn't have the "Great cast of characters" that everyone says

21- Good VS Evil stories are most of the time boring, cheap and shallow.

22- saya no uta is urobutcher's weakest works

23- a story which you need to turn off your brain to enjoy it isn't considered well written in my dictionary , it is considered shallow and cheap

24- when i have experienced half of the story and still don't give a shit about any of the characters that's when i say i think characters are not anything special or even badly written

25- cliche is bad , plot holes are worse , shallowness is worst

26- bleach's soul society arc is one of the best in shounen

27- illya , johan , kirei did nothing wrong (this one is a joke)

28- epics' character developments often lack in supporting characters

29- mononoke hime is miyasaki's weakest work

30- perfect blue is satoshi kon's best work

31- Shakespeare's plays are great, read them

32- Dante Alighieri has the misconception of thinking that anything he puts in divine comedy is automatically right and in these cases doesn't give any evidence for supporting his ideas, he's like: "blind faith is better than wisdom and logic because i said so"

33- 1984 is a good essay, but not a good novel, the same thing is true for animal farm too
