Home Renovations

As you can see by my profile I am currently on some kind of hiatus status ... kinda here kinda not. My wife and I have been wanting/needing a second bathroom in the house, so this spring, we put together a plan and started on it. It wasn't as easy as it sounded. First, the basement had several leaks. That issue needed to be rectified. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, we are building it in the basement from scratch. The only thing down there was a shower.
So, first thing first, empty the basement of 20+ years of crap.
