WARNING: BECAUSE OF REASONS I MUST TELL EVERYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 TO GET OUT OF MY BLOG! OBEY OR I’LL BE DEFENESTRATED! ALSO BE WARY OF WILD ROAMING SPOILERS! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

Welcome back. Last time we did an alien mother. Now it’s time for an alien high school girl.

: Damn the immigrants coming on pateras!

Not that kind of alien, Raika.

: Oh. Then I hope she’s not green and slimy.

: Kimidori is the green alien, not me. *appears*

Whoa! You just came out of nowhere…

: You’d do anyone but Mikuru…

Well, duh. Mikuru is boring. Unlike Ryouko here, she’s cool. Though I apologize for not blogging you 9 years ago.

: Time is meaningless for me. Don’t sweat the small stuff.

That sounds ominous.

: Oh my, I wonder what you mean with that?

Huh… I should start the blog.

: Good idea.

Body

Hair
Ryouko has dark blue hair. It’s one of the best hair colors, so this is a good start. It’s also the right length, reaching around her waist but not covering her ass. She also has nice framing sidebangs. Her hair is tied on back but not badly, it gives her charm. Her one issue is she has open bangs that expose forehead. That’s lame. She also lacks alternate hairstyles to my knowledge. Still, Ryouko does well here.
Score: 8.5

Eyes
Ryouko has blue eyes. I don’t care they match her hair; blue eyes are lame. She does have thick eyebrows, which are noted mostly by fans, but it ain’t saving her.
Score: 6

: Oh my, what’s wrong with my eyes?

Blue is overused.

: I wanted to blend in.

Then why the blue hair?

: You don’t want to know…

Yeah, I don’t.

: Zettai, don’t be scared. If she attempts anything I’ll Oshiri Punch her.

Build
Ryouko is good. She’s about average height, and looks good though she doesn’t show off much in the series. Official art helps. She has average bust size, neither flat or cowy. Solid overall. In-universe Taniguchi says she’s very attractive, but, you know, anime. Do note she’s really a data entity and her body is a construct and stuff, but hey, who cares about the small details. Very nice.
Score: 8.5

Butt
Ryouko shows some ass in official art. She’s not Haruhi or Tsuruya but she’s good.
Score: 5

: Being bested by Haruhi is a thing… But saying Tsuruya is better than me, that hurts me for some reason.

It must be your pride as a woman.

: Perhaps, but I’m a data construct…

Eh, does it matter really?

: Thank you for your words. And glad you like my body overall otherwise.

Of course!

: See, threatening her with an Oshiri Punch helped…

Clothes
Ryouko is not bad. In-series she’s nothing special, wearing the school uniform (a fairly generic sailor uniform) or normal clothes. However, official art has the infamous bunny costume and stuff like that, boosting her nicely. Cool.
Score: 8

Mind

Personality
Ryouko is interesting. She originally appears to be just the rep for Kyon’s class, but she turns out to be a humanoid interface of the data entity (an alien, basically) and part of the Radical Faction, so she tries to kill Kyon to get main girl Haruhi to react in interesting ways. However, Yuki saves the day (as Ryouko is Yuki’s backup and both are aliens), but a hefty cost comes from it: Yuki loses her glasses. Boo. Ryouko goes on to appear twice more though nothing too important. In spinoffs she appears more, often as a comedic side character. Notably, in Yuki’s own spinoff she’s her wingman in getting with Kyon. Nice.

Now for personality. She appears to be a gentle person, popular with everyone, but in truth she has no empathy and just knows how to pretend to be sociable. Unlike unsocial Yuki, but Yuki is better anyway. In spinoffs she is very silly, even in the Yuki one mentioned before, where she’s really what it seems like (a nice person). Overall she’s interesting, but most other girls in the show appeal to me more.
Score: 7.5

Reception
Ryouko is decent here. She has scarce screentime, some of which has never been adapted, but her series being huge at the time carries her. It helps she was memorable. She appears more in spin-offs oddly. Not bad at all.
Score: 6

: Yet here you are, remembering me after 17 years.

That’s my duty!

: Hah. And I liked wearing the bunny outfit too. It was a different thing, for sure.

Cool to hear that. And glad you don’t mind my research either.

: I researched you too…

: Oshiri Punch, remember…

Libido
Ryouko shows none. Even in Yuki’s manga she seems content to be a supporter. For shame. At least she’s no sex hater.
Score: 5

Age
Ryouko is odd here. She looks like a high school girl, but she’s actually 3. Weird. The spinoff one is a real high school girl and I score her as such.
Score: 9

Voice
Natsuko Kuwatani is pretty cool. She had quite a few roles at the time, less so now. And in Haruhi-chan she speaks funny.
Score: 7.5

Total: 71 - Excellent

: Hmmm, I expected more.

I expected more too! Especially on libido, where you are pretty bland.

: It interferes with my duty. At least you don’t mind my odd age.

Not at all! Your voice is nice too!

: But of course. Now I shall take my leave… Farewell. *leaves*

And I’m still alive!

: So who’s next?

Time for a mecha month, since I don’t do enough of these. First things first, a girl expelled from the future!

: But she was “expelled”, does it mean she’s a schoolgirl?

Looks like one, but it actually in her twenties.

: Ballsack! Forgive my language.
