Welcome back. Last time we did a magical mother. Now we’re covering the final mom for this month.

: Thanks for listening! *waves goodbye and leaves the scenario* Between the heat and the suit I’ve sweated like crazy! Hope you’re still fine! *the suit disappears and gets her normal clothes all back easily, then drops Zettai softly on the ground*

Body

Hair
Ringo has red hair. Red is nice and goes well with her apple name too. She has two green hair clips on the left side and standard bangs, which are okay. The most notable feature is the ponytail since for some reason it rests over her right shoulder and is slightly twisted, which is unique and gives her a nice look. Sadly the one time we see her with her hair down it barely reaches shoulders for some really weird reason. Also note her hair was shorter when she was younger. Overall not bad but nothing amazing.

Eyes
Ringo has golden eyes. Golden is a great color and might be another apple reference. The shape is a great tsurime and she closes slightly her eyes for more appeal. She lacks glasses but the idol version has that mask for appeal. Really the only “issue” was with such a unique hair and eye color combination Miya’s identity being Ringo was blindingly obvious, but children’s anime usually are not that well known for their unexpected plot twists. Finally I’ll mention for kicks her son takes his looks from her while her daughter resembles her father more, which is sorta cute.
Score: 9.5

Build
Ringo lacks measurements. She even lacks height and such. That said she seems about average, taller than her children but shorter than her rarely seen husband. Her body type is slender and lovely like most women from anime for little girls, without big breasts nor anything like that. She does have an actual chest, unlike the little girls, but nothing too bad. Really the problem is we barely see the nice lady all that much, even when she transforms for once they only show her legs and feet instead of her whole body like with the usual little girls. Somehow this feels backwards. Still while not all that great there isn’t anything wrong with Ringo and thus she scores well. The only flaw is fanart often exaggerates her physique meaning udders, but better her than when Maria gets this for example for ruining flat little girls is simply unforgivable. Also we see middle school Ringo and that’s kinda cool.

Butt
Ringo never shows ass. Shame since given her name you’d expect her to have an apple bottom. Shame about that.

Clothes
Ringo lacks variety. Most often we see her wearing the usual blue blouse and red skirt getup that looks alright but nothing special. However thanks to the idol bits we see her with a few idol dresses from the Spicy Ageha brand and they look fairly nice. She even has pantyhose once. Not too great but better than nothing.

Mind

Personality
Ringo does well too. She has two children and runs a bento shop with them until elder daughter Ichigo decides becoming an idol and goes to Starlight Academy for this goal. This would be the end for most shoujo moms, but Ringo actually holds to relevance the whole season because she’s the former top idol Miya and nobody knew this somehow until she tells Ichigo near the end from the very first season for motivational purposes. This strengthens their bond and makes Ichigo work even harder, for she changed her rice paddle for a microphone unlike Ringo who did the opposite. After this the importance for Ringo vanishes and she’s just shown occasionally with her son Raichi and with her former teammate Orihime for special moments. For the record their split was reasonable and solely because the two wanted to pursue alternate careers.

But remains cute all the way. Ringo basically is a good mom, being caring and supportive for her incredibly competent daughter’s dreams but still worried things might not go so well like any mom may after all. She acts nice the whole time though, making her always good to watch anyway. She also cares for her shota son and loves her rarely seen husband. Overall nothing amazing but among loving gentle mothers Ringo is one of the best easily. For completeness she uses the Spicy Ageha brand which implies she’s the Sexy type idol, but otherwise she lacks a profile which sucks.

Reception
Ringo has issues. Like most moms from little girl anime she lacks popularity and fanart, though she does decently for these standards. Then again she doesn’t even appear that much and even less after the first season since the cat was out of the bag. Her appearances are fine though, and I liked she had plot relevance unlike most mothers. Overall not amazing but not terrible.

Libido
Ringo does well. While her husband rarely is home the two seem to get along fine. And with two children obviously she’s had sex at least twice. Otherwise she shows nothing special but the fact that lives alone with her son has created some nice fanart and doujinshi. Not that many given the above score, but at least there is some and that’s what matters.

Age
Ringo’s age is unknown like always. That said her daughter is 13-14 at the start and about 18 for the time the show ends, making Ringo go from about 35 to about 40 most likely. Not too bad.

Mamiko Noto sounds excellent like always. Shame that Aikatsu isn’t like PriPara and has the idols singing their own songs too, that would’ve been really cool.
