This is the Three-hundredth-forty-third week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers.

*Topaz waves to them.*

As you can see, I'm still in the Colosseum. Earlier this month three ninjas, calling themselves either the TDB ninjas or the Shadow Triad.

: We go by both names. Aldra didn't like our previous names so she came up with one for us.

I guess that does explain why there were two names...

: FOOLS! How dare they not use the excellent name I came up with!

: It sounds sort of what a chuunibyou would name them...

: Well, she DOES have that eyepatch.

: ENOUGH JOKES you two! How DARE you question me!

: Do not worry-de gozaru. I'm sure that the battle won't take long.

If you're so sure of yourself why don't you allow me to do your blog first?

*Kaede thinks for a bit.*

: I accept!

: HEY! Don't let him weaken you with his odd words! You saw what happened to Akatsuki and Homura!

: I got my butt paddled...

: While Homura flashed her fundoshi-crab, to say the least...

: Are you questioning my skills-de gozaru? Need I remind you that I was the leader of this trio just by being the strongest.

: That's true, she easily beat both Homura and I when whe teamed up on her!

: Watch out then, Topaz!

: So what do you say, Topaz-de gozaru.

I accept! And since she was so gracious...



Head
Hair: Kaede's hair is an odd color. It's usually defined as a light brown, but there's also some green tint to it. Maybe that was just the Xebec series (which tended to have odd colors in general) as the Negima!? anime has her with a more brown color. The style isn't too bad. It might seem that Kaede has short hair but that's because her neck hides her ponytail. And it's a VERY long ponytail, extending to the floor. Shame we don't see her with it free, if I remember correctly. Her hair is otherwise in a bowl-cut, short in the back and for most of her head. However, her side-bangs are an exception as they go down past her shoulders (but not to her chest). Her bangs are somewhat hime, but they're also spread out so I can't give her full points. Finally, she has an ahoge sticking out, showing that even with all her skills and wisdom she's not exactly the brightest girl in class.
Grade: B+

Eyes: Kaede's eyes are actually more interesting than most. This is because she's the first girl I've done in a while to have her eyes usually closed. I do like this feature, even if the blog picture doesn't show it as well.
: That's just because you wanted me with glasses, even if they're on my head.
I'll admit that's the reason, but it is a shame you don't wear them more often. I'm not sure if you wear them any other time, but that may just be my poor memory. Anyway, getting back to the shape of Kaede's eyes. There are a few moments when she opens them up a bit more than usual, showing that she has brown eyes (similar to her hair color). Even in those moments her eyes are small and really pretty. They have a nice shape to them as well, being somewhat tsurime but again we more often see her eyes shut. I do think that this aspect of her was based on a past series by the artist with Kitsune from Love Hina.
Grade: B

Face: There's nothing too bad about Kaede's face. She does have a noticeable nose but it not always. Expression-wise it helps that she's very calm and reserved. She does have a few clueless moments and I like how her eyes become thicker (though not open) during them. I've noticed that her head is shaped like an acorn too, which is especially apparent with her hairstyle.
Grade: B

Body
Build: Kaede is the tallest in class at 181 cm (or at least around that number, I've heard anywhere from 180 to 183). This is pretty tall, but especially so for a middle school girl. She weighs 81.3 kg and her three sizes are 89/69/86. As you can see, she's also extremely curvy. She barely looks her own age, as seen by the theater worker not taking her age seriously. Sadly she doesn't show her body off too much either, which is a shame. She's also sort of lanky, with a fair amount of her height probably being in her legs. She doesn't look bad, of course, but she could use more perverse scenes.
Grade: B+

Breasts: Then again the problem is that Kaede's perverse scenes would probably revolve around her chest. She's the second bustiest member, though she barely beats Mana by .1 cm (which is pretty much negligible). She does have an 89 cm chest though which is a plus for me. I remember early on where she was taking a bath in a drum with Negi and he mentioned her maturity. Naturally she figured he meant her chest which I found funny (and sexy too). Said bath does show her butt a bit, but sadly I don't think it was that great of an angle. Still, her chest is one of Kaede's most notable features.
Grade: A

Clothes: Negima, being a long series, is able to put Kaede in a variety of outfits. Most of the time, especially early on, we tend to see her in the Mahora School uniform. It consists of a brown blazer (or vest), a white shirt underneath, a red miniskirt, and a red necktie. The Negima uniform may possibly be one of my favorites as it just needs some slight color tweaking to be perfect. Underneath she seems to wear a sarashi, but it's unknown if she wears a fundoshi too. Kaede also wears a ninja outfit while training, which means she has a sleeveless gi with holes on the sides of her hips. Her wrists and ankles are also bound and she wears sandals. Later in the series she also has another ninja outfit. It includes a small tight and sleeveless top with what seems to be mesh under and an exposed midriff, scarf, what seems to be pants with hip-holes and two belts, and her arms and legs are mostly wrapped (her legs are what make it difficult to tell if it's pants or not as it's from the knees down). She also wears Tanooki ears, white socks, and sandals. I'm not too big on sandals but they do fit her traditional personality.
Other outfits include a Chinese dress, an elegant if strapless red dress for a ball, a black sailor uniform as well as an elementary -looking version with pantyhose (in another form though), a Tanooki swimsuit though it could probably use a bit more support, and in Negima!? she wears a Tengu cosplay. Speaking of Negima!? she seems to wear old-fashioned brown robes in it, and her Suka is a kappa. Of course, I can't forget my favorite outfit of hers; the bartender outfit she wears in the Mahora festival. It's a handsome long-sleeved suit with a black jacket, black pants, a white shirt, and a dark bow tie. The colors may be off as this arc is sadly manga-only (a shame as it was really awesome). I especially like how later on she ditches the jacket and shows off her vest instead. In general this is easily one of my favorite fighting-outfits and, other than the bowtie being replaced for a necktie (not a big thing though) this is a flawless outfit. I just wish she wore it more though!

That's true, I do think you helped establish that. But you looked so great!

: Thank you for that, Topaz-dono. But do not forget that the bath with me and Negi-dono was one of your first moments of appreciating shotacom-de gozaru.

.. Huh, while reading Negima is likely a factor for my shotacom I had never thought of that! I guess I should be really thankful for you Kaede for building my tastes indirectly.

*Kaede bows a little.*

*Meanwhile, Homura stands up in the crowd and makes an announcement.*

: Alright everyone, we have to get going!

*Crowd boos.*

: Any reason for this?

: A blind miko told me a great disaster of some sort is coming. I don't usually trust people, but...

: Hmmm.. I think I know who you are talking about.

: Same here. I believe she may be telling the truth!

: Exactly, and as disappointing as missing out on Kaede's battle is we can't have innocent people suffer.

: Hey.

*The three girls are surprised to see Miyako pop up behind them.*

: Where did you come from?

: I was watching the fights, but I'll help you out.

: That's great, we need all the help we can get.

: I'll stay here. Topaz would become suspicious if I leave.

: Fair point.

: *to crowd* ALRIGHT YOU PIGS, GET MOVING THIS INSTANT!

*Miyako and the others start to get people to leave in a controlled fashion. Aldra doesn't miss this though.*

: See Kaede? This is what happens when you have this FOOL talk! You should have done the fight first!

: I do not think that is the reason they're leaving-de gozaru. Even if it is, I'll be generous enough to allow Topaz to finish.

That's good to hear. Plus we're about done too!

Mind
Personality: It's pretty easy to define Kaede; She's a gentle and mature ninja. There's not too much else to say, though she is very powerful. Her background is that she was born in a ninja family. However her parents refused to carry on with the ninja traditions most of what Kaede knows is self-taught. She's also a very traditional girl, uses such samurai speech like “-de gozaru”, “-dono”, and “sessha” to identify herself. Sadly this isn't carried into the translations. Speaking of her voice, both Ryouko Shiraishi and Clarine Harp are fine. Ryouko is interesting as, even though she's done nice roles in the Yuru Yuri teacher or Hikage she's probably more well-known as the voice of Hayate, as in the Combat Butler. Kaede is also in the strolling club (where she looks after the twins) and she enjoys both pudding and relaxing in general. Like another ninja she also seems to dislike frogs, but that's never really shown. She's also the “Baka Blue” of the Baka Rangers, a group of the girls with the lowest grades in class. Kaede is wise but she's not exactly the best student (she trains instead of studying).
As said before, there's not a lot to talk about with Kaede. She does have some interesting ninja moves though! These include both a short and long-range instant-movement ability, a shadow clone ability, and various explosions or other similar abilities. She fights with both kunai and a giant shuriken that's as big as she is (it can fold up for easy transportation). Her official pacto item was a cloak called the “Tengu no Kakuremino” and it's really quite awesome. She can use it for camouflage or invisibility, and the interior is on another plane that even includes a house! She also uses it to transport people or catch attacks! Finally, in the epilogue she becomes a wandering warrior, being so skilled that she can move in space without needing any special equipment! It's said that whenever one of her classmates needs help she'll be the first one to pop out of nowhere.
Grade: B

Libido: Kaede doesn't really have any libido, or at least she doesn't show any in the main series. Even with her early bath she's portrayed more as a maternal or sisterly love than a sexual one. This is proven by Chamo's “feelings” list or whatever he calls it. She's not too concerned with love and instead is looking more to hone her ninja skills. She's not interested in Kotarou either, even if he sees her as a rival and she eventually starts to teach him fighting skills.
Grade: C

Age: Kaede is 16 it seems, even if her tall and curvy figure doesn't make her seem that way. As said before she can't pass for her age but at one point she tricks a ticket seller with a loli-fication ninjitsu skill. She looked cute like that. Also I'll add that her birthday is November 12th.

*Kaede throws a kunai at Topaz with great speed. It's so fast that he can't react and it hits him in the chest.*

: Oh no! Topaz!

[spoiler]
*The kunai makes a thud sound and it falls to the floor harmlessly.*

: Wh-wha?

Curses!

*Topaz pulls a book from his shirt. It has a kunai mark in it.*

Ryuubi is going to be angry that I ruined her book...

: Wow. Between that, the ruler, and the gun it's almost like those girls knew exactly what to give you to beat these ninjas!

: What a coincidence!

: You should know better than to play your hand so early.

*Kaede splits into multiple copies.*

: If one kunai is blocked, I should use MORE!

*The copies and main one all throw multiple kunais each. The power of her attacks cause dust to fly up, obscuring Topaz.*

: Oh no! TOPAZ!

: I must have gotten him this time!

*The dust clears and Topaz is unharmed. Not only that, but he's wielding three flaming katanas in each hand.*

: What, did you suddenly get some sort of “Faker” abilities?

: No, I think that's him mimicing me.

: Much better than him doing the crab thing.

: Hey, I don't hear him imitating you either, spanky!

: GIRLS! Stop fighting with each other! We have a battle to watch!

*The three continue watching. Topaz seems exhausted from swatting away all of Kaede's kunai.*

HRRRK!

*He holds his chest as the swords dissipate. A dark force seems to pulsate in his chest.*

: (Is this it? Am I finally going to see him give in to the demon form?)

: Heh, seems that you've still got a long way to go, Topaz-dono. You'll never defeat Aldra-dono like this-de gozaru.

I-I won't give up though!

*Topaz coughs.*

: Well then, how about I defeat you in a way you'd like?

Eh?

*Kaede picks Topaz up and starts to smother him in her chest.*

MMMPH!

*He tries to struggle, but his nose bleeds against her suit-wearing chest. Luckily he doesn't take any damage, but he still faints from.*

: Grrr, curse you and your marshmallow hell finisher!

: Topaz-dono had to be defeated somehow, else I would not be able to finish my goal-de gozaru.

: Great job, Kaede! Now finish him off and stop his blogs!

: Heh, did you really think that was my intention?

*Aldra raises her eyebrow.*

: Really now, then why were you so adamant in facing Topaz?

: I want to see how powerful he was, as I see great potential in Topaz-dono. Perhaps he can eventually defeat YOU, but at his current power that would be impossible. But moreso, I want to face you Aldra-dono.

*Kaede gets out her giant shuriken and stabs it into the ground.*

: You see, you've taken both Negi-dono and Asuna-dono captive. As the strongest in class I was able to manipulate my way into the Shadow Triad and now I have my chance at defeating you myself! For the sake of my class, I must battle you-de gozaru!

*Kaede ties Topaz's neck to one of the blades of the shuriken. She then ties his arms to two other blades and his legs to the remaining one. She then hefts him over her head with a grunt and...*

: And, just to be sure, I'll keep Topaz-dono away from you!

*-she flings the shuriken carrying Topaz's body out of the arena.*

: That's quite a devious plot you've got...

*Aldra walks down to the arena.*

: After all, manipulating my own rules to have you come out ahead? Genius! And they call you “Baka Blue”, how unfortunate. But there's just one thing you've underestimated...

: What's that?

: My POWER!

*Aldra opens her eye once again. Kaede tries her best to avoid it, but due to the wide crystal that Aldra covers over a quarter of the arena in she's caught. Aldra then turns towards the stands.*

: I might not be able to get Topaz, but I can at least get that assistant of his-wait, where did she go?

: She got worried about Topaz being sent flying so Akatsuki escorted her away. But I'm here to delay YOU!

*Homura turns into Crimson Homura and attacks, but Aldra is able to freeze her in mid-leap. She falls to the ground with a loud THUMP and rolls slightly.*

: Seems you've only delayed me long enough to get another statue. Now... where could that assistant be...?

==Meanwhile==

*The doorway out is within sight of the two lolis.*

: We're nearing the exit of the Colosseum! Aldra won't be able to follow us if we enter the town!

: *pant pant* With as fast as I'm running I sure hope we'll be in time!

: She shouldn't be able to catch up with us now, especially with Homura delaying her.

: That's what YOU think!

*Suddenly the crystalizing force starts to come up the hallway that Akatsuki and Ririchiyo are going down. It crystalizes the walls and the entire hall as well, and is quickly catching up.*

: Oh no! We'll never make it!

: “We” might not... But I'll make sure that Shiro-er, Topaz, won't lose his trusted adviser!

*Akatuski grabs Riri by her shirt with both hands and tosses her forward with all her strength. Riri tumbles a bit, getting dirty from the ground, but she eventually rolls far enough away before the mess of crystalline energy bursts from the door. Akatsuki remains, frozen in time. Riri starts to pound on the crystal once it stops moving.*

: W-why! You helped me out so much! Why was I so tsun to you, I knew Topaz wouldn't leave me. *sniff sniff.*

*Riri cries for her fallen companions. She gets a hand placed on her shoulder, which makes her jump.*

Miko: Do not let the Shadow Triad's sacrifice be in vain. Come, let us find Topaz and escape!

: You're right. Crying won't change this!

*The two look around and eventually find Topaz hanging upside down. The shuriken seems stuck in a fruit cart.*

Riri! Over here!

*Riri unties him and he falls into her DFC.*

: p-pervert. I mean, glad to see you doing alright!

What happened?

: Aldra pretty much destroyed the Colosseum by encasing it in a crystal. Luckily, thanks to her warning we were able to evacuate the crowd.

I was wondering why everyone left. I figured it was just because my blogs are boring.

: O-of course not!

Miko: As much as I understand your need to catch up, perhaps we could do this in a safer place...
