Lots of sex and the comedy made it fun. Loved the relationship between the characters though the chase and resist does get old, they did a good job with this one.

Love the music, love the characters. It didn't go too in depth about the characters but the interactions were wonderful. Though it felt unfinished between a couple of the other characters involved. Wish there was a season 2

The first episode is ROUGH and honestly if you don't want to have to endure that much exposure to trauma you can skip it and not lose out on the rest of the story at all.

I love the character development and the ending what very satisfactory.

I like how even though the MC is eventually surrounded by people and even, obviously, has a bunch of women who fawn over him, he remain stoic (or sociopathic if you'd like) and it doesn't turn into another stupid harem.

It was recommended when I looked for anime similar to Sasaki to Miyano. Definitely not the same, at all. Still great in its own way and super cute. The relationship between Aoi and the ogre goes nowhere which is disappointing but overall a cute ajime

I've ready a few reviews that weren't favorable and they seemed to claim the characters were boring and/or typical. Which is confusing. The point of the male MC was that he was boring. In the synopsis they call him "aloof". Which is exactly how he is portrayed in the movie. Even after finding out about Sakura's illness he just doesn't care.
They claim that she's too bubbly and shouldn't have an interest in him but that's the point. She's dying. She's doing her best to continue being her normal "problem child" self regardless of her disease even though she's secretly terrified.

This movie did an amazing job showing not only the development of each character, most the male MC, but also how each character got there. There was no sudden romance, there was no unrequited love. She even says that she thought she loved him a couple times her heart skipped but there was never a confession. The tension was there but it remained friendly the whole time.

This movie is amazing. It may have seemed like Sakura was the folcrum but the story was really about the male MC and his development as a person, she was just the catalyst. It's sad that people are so hung up on the cliches and simplicity of the story to appreciate how it demonstrates that one person can have such a large influence in our lives and how we choose to live it.

I only gave it a medium rewatch score because it's so heavy. This anime is underrated. It addresses serious topics regarding self worth and how that relates to romantic and sexual relationships. I was literally amazing to me to see an anime that for the first time addressed what it's like to use men's sex drive against them and feel powerful about it, or using someone as a replacement, or feeling like you need to have someone in your life to feel satisfied. This anime is heavy and probably too sexual for many but holy shit did it hit a lot of buttons that I think a lot of people don't realize others actually experience. (Myself included). I related to Akane so much that I nearly cried. This anime was amazing.

This was cute. I liked the conspiracy and the relationship building between the two main characters. The random kissing yet devoted relationship was confusing but I let my imagination make me feel better about it haha. It was nice to watching something not in a school setting.
Probably won't watch again but I'll remember this one for sure.

More sexual than emotional, which is totally fine! It started off typical then transitioned quickly but in a funny way. Loved it!

Where to even start?

Between the soundtrack and the art, the amount of effort put into the sound effects for every single thing including drops of blood and the emotion behind every single word. I wish I could rate this higher.

What stood out to me the most in each episode (including the SUPER explicit ending) is how much detail to movement of the characters they did. Unlike Hyperventilation, which apparently is the other film they created, the outline of the characters stay intact as they come together during an embrace of any kind and the movements are realistic.

I would love to see a second season of what life Iike for Mignon and Doc could be like but am satisfied with how it ended as well. No loose ends, no "but what happens next?", it wraps up nicely and gives us the freedom to imagine what can happen for them moving forward.

The sound effects that stood out to me the most were the blood drops as Mignon came through the door to warn Doc and his hands rubbing together as he begged his coach not to sacrifice Doc. The music when Mignon laughs in the middle of a fight makes me laugh every single time. And that sex scene, and the relatability of being so overwhelmed by pleasure you try to run away from it is AMAZING! Also that vampire transition is one I've never seen before and sometimes I rewatch this anime just to see that part!

I cannot recommend this enough. This is my new favorite yaoi bl anime. Sorry Dakaichi, you're second place now.

Okay, when I first watched this I thought it was cute how the girl puts herself in a shit position with an a-holes because she tried to lie and inlt turned out to benefit her in the long run.

Then I recapped it as an adult and realized that this was the best anime to showcase what gaslighting looks like. Granted he took advantage of the fact that she asked him to pretend to be her boyfriend because she lied but he basically manipulated her at every turn and when she's finally free of him the guilt he pushes onto her with his manipulation is impressive an reminiscent of my ex husnand. The necklace scene *chef's kiss* he got her wrapped around his little finger.
I won't watch this again out of spite but I think others should so they can see the kinds of tactics people use to make you think you're in the wrong, when you're not.

They did an AMAZING job letting it draw out without it becoming annoying and showing the growth between the characters and the details of the feelings as they began to slowly change. OMG This might be my favorite BL anime so far! With Miyano oblivious at first and Sasaki so respectful throughout while also struggling to hold back yet still only *barely* coming close to crossing a line. It was AMAZING!

It was super cute, and I loved the devotion that Yamato demonstrated. I was just super disappointed by the last episode. Super anticlimactic and "I love you" was never said lol

Less than one minute episodes. Could have been a ten minute short story. It was super bittersweet. Wish it had more to it.

Reminds me a bit of this one episode of Love Death and Robots. Though LD&R gives better lead up and ending than this, this has a cuter story.

It's just all over the place. From episode 1 to episode 2 several characters suddenly have a relationship either developed or developing with either little build up or no background at all of how it even got there in the first place.

It's so chaotic. Honestly it was hard to figure out what the heck this show was about. It seemed to keep changing direction. Not sure if I'll ever finish it.
