AIC RIGHTS (AIC RIGHTS Co., Ltd.) is a corporation based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan established to plan, produce, and operate the IPs and other associated copyrights formerly held by Anime International Company (AIC). Anime International Company established AIC RIGHTS (AIC RIGHTS Co., Ltd.) through a corporation-separation procedure in December 2015; in which Anime International Company transferred the rights to its classic IPs and other associated copyrights (e.g., Bubblegum Crisis, Megazone 23, Tenchi Muyou!, El Hazard) into AIC RIGHTS. Then-representative director of Anime International Company, Yasutaka Omura, was appointed as the representative director of AIC RIGHTS. In April 2021, the company entered into a business alliance with Toei Advertising to jointly plan, produce, and operate content based on select IPs held by AIC RIGHTS. In January 2023, Masahiro Inoue, notable for portraying Tsukasa Kadoya in Kamen Rider Decade, was appointed as the new representative director of the company. As of 2023, AIC RIGHTS shares no capital relationship nor a business relationship with Anime International Company.
In addition to anime, AIC RIGHTS has also been a sponsor for Masahiro Inoue's PINK Tokusatsu Project since December 2021; involved in both the planning and production of the project.
