Futari-bun no Shoumei

A five-minute short drama made to motivate exam students, so it's a little hard to review! It feels like a trailer/clip compilation for a hard-hitting movie that would make you cry; but that's unavoidable. Within its constraints, it has done very well to deliver a compelling little short snippet that feels satisfying in its own right.
The style and animation are nice, and somewhat unique! I love the use of lighting and colour in particular.
Overall, worth a watch as it is a short and sweet little drama. Personally, it worked well as an advert for the studio as it makes me want to watch something full-length ... from them!

I don't write reviews to complain. I only write them to champion the good stuff. If I'm taking the time to write these words, it's for one reason, to tell you that "Proof of Two" is a beautiful film you should watch.

Don't let the 4-minute runtime fool you. "Proof of Two" is a perfect example of how a short film can tell a complete and deeply moving story. It beautifully portrays the connection between two characters, saying more with its stunning visuals and emotion than many films do with hours of dialogue.

It's a brief, hopeful, and incredibly graceful piece of animation that will leave you ... feeling warm and thoughtful. A truly wonderful short film.

It's truly a heartwarming short animation, where the character development between the two close friends is excellent.
Takuya is such a beautiful soul also for kishi too, in between their life wrote a different story but always ends up the same, when Takuya finnaly meet her again is a heartwarming scene, im very glad they can be together again after the long distance.
The art style is the same as summer ghost (very good movie by the way), i think its the same studio who makes the animation too.
i very very recommended this, because its only a five minutes of story but its a whole masterpiece for ... me.
The music in this animation is also fit in every scene, the mixed feelings after watching this animation, all emotions gather at once
Happiness, sad, glad, and many again.
You should.. NO but MUST watching it, trust me this five minutes of story will make you feel comfy.
