similarities: Both have that character plot where the MCs got fired from their respective parties. Both were able to find a place where they belong and start to become good at what they've learn to do. Both have the same fantasy setting. Dissimilarites: Kaiko sareta MC got fired from his own kind only to find out that he was never one of them in the first place. He later found out that in his new home, he was able to learn what he is capable off that he never knew he has. He was able to form a relationship with one of his new kind. Ningen Fushi: It involves a group of outcast whom were let go from their own group. They found out later on that they're a good match. They were able to become a great bunch and were able to prove that they can do anything as a group, much better than their pervious parties.  read more
