Sore dake ga Neck

Similar comedy, though Honda-san is much more loud and over-the-top. They both feature characters with hidden faces that work in retail. They also both have very unique art styles that work well for the stories they are trying to tell. For such short series, they have surprisingly fleshed out characters that are distinct and enjoyable to watch. 

Toho Interactive Animation anime shorts which can be described using the word "bizarre" or at least a series that may or may not be unusual to an average viewer. Although ninja collection a little bit more horror driven, both use the same unique style of visuals to tell it's story within each short episode.  

While the tones and subject matter in these series are very different, there's something about the short format, art style, and general feel that make me want to recommend them for each other. The first few episodes of Neck are quite mysterious and leave you feeling intrigued and a little bit creeped out, much like Yami Shibai.
