You won't believe how such cute innocent-looking girls can have such dirty mouths. 

Pretty much as to what everyone would expect, a lotta sexual innuendos , dirty jokes, and more sexual innuendos  

A unique charm of Seitokai Yakuindomo was that it has dirty jokes for every gag it presents. Sho-bitch tries to capture the same charm and does not fail to do so. Although Sho-bitch starts quite poorly, it has few episodes making it a worthwhile watch if you loved Seitokai Yakuindomo. Similarly, if you want more of Sho-bitch style humor, Seitokai Yakuindomo has a lot to offer. 

Both are filled with a bunch of dirty jokes where the MC acts as the "straight man" in order to keep the peace/keep things from going any further 

if you like dirty jokes, that's it. that's all i can sell 

both of the series are really similar in following ways. the male lead character is that type who always need resolve a misunderstanding and always is forced around nobody listens to him(most of time) and he is always looked on as a pervert (he is not) ,as always mc like this are always thought of m by the female characters. the male characters are so similar that you almost can find differences in them. like both of the characters have imoutos who have something to do with "sex".both have nee chan who are not blood related and makes sex jokes both have rich girls who like to make misunderstandings .both have anime mothers who talk a lot about sex and their daughters are prodigies.both have a teacher who talk about sex freely(all though setokai yakuindomo has the best perverted sensei ever). both anime contains a lot of dick jokes bdsm jokes and japanese wordplays the only difference between them is that takatoshi is single and haruka isn't (all the girls kind of love takatoshi though.  read more

If you like slice of daily life and dirty jokes with Manzai style (Tsukkomi & boke). 

Seitokai Yakuindomo (SYD) has very similar humour that I think fans of this anime will enjoy. For me, SYD pulls off the gags far better than this anime. The major dissimilarity is that SYD is based off of a 4-panel manga so it doesn't have a central storyline and is quite episodic in nature. 

These two anime share the same kind of comedy; namely comedy that uses dirty words. However, I prefer seitokai yakuindomo, because the comedy in this anime is more flavorful than the other one.

Both have lots of shameless and lowbrow sexual humor in a school setting. The starting points are similar as well, both start with the MC asking out a girl he thinks would never go out with him and being surprised that she says yes. 

Both shows are ecchi and filled with over the top sexual jokes - Both shows have an MC with multiple girls after him - Both shows have very crazy side characters  

- both mc's get a girlfriend on the 1st episode and tries to deepen their relationship - both mc's have a childhood friend who acts like a younger sibling - both have fanservice - harem 

Main similarity are :- based on school life and in the MC falls for the silver haired chick . both have female character's who always joke in perverted ways and tricks while Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai? is a bit extreme in certain cases. WE have a kuudere in (Boku no kanojo) whereas we have a yandere in (Shimoneta to Iu Gainen) and both MC's Have hard time handling them . this is the biggest similarity Both MC's get to see an unexpected side about the girl they like which they are not aware of .WHILE boku no kanojo has a lot of moe moments the does not.both are a good comedy .  read more
