Both are filled with sexual jokes and a group of girls all attentive towards the male main protagonist. Although Boku no Kanojo is more focused on the romance aspect more so than Seitokai Yakuindomo. Be prepared for constant R-rated jokes as it's main focus for both shows.

Both are trashy shows with the protagonist getting a girl he didn't think he could. Both shows also have a high tendency to talk about sex and other erotic matters

Both have... - Dirty jokes - Silver haired love interest. However Boku no Kanojo ga Majimesugiru Sho-Bitch na Ken has the MC have a proper romantic relationship with the love interest.

Two Rom-Coms about high-schoolers making their first steps into adult life, both kinda funny as well.

Shorthair main heroine with school obligations learn to be a proper "girlfriend". A lot of lewd stuff happens. The difference is that Boku no Kanojo rely on dirty jokes, while Okusama is straight ecchi.

Both are anime with a typical, normal male protagonist in school who gets in weird, sometimes straight up absurd situations involving different girls, and sex jokes. I'd say Sho-bitch is slightly more ribald while NouCome is slightly more absurd. But you can certainly expect similar student harem situations and fan service from both.
