Both are filled with sexual jokes and a group of girls all attentive towards the male main protagonist. Although Boku no Kanojo is more focused on the romance aspect more so than Seitokai Yakuindomo. Be prepared for constant R-rated jokes as it's main focus for both shows.

Both are trashy shows with the protagonist getting a girl he didn't think he could. Both shows also have a high tendency to talk about sex and other erotic matters

Both have... - Dirty jokes - Silver haired love interest. However Boku no Kanojo ga Majimesugiru Sho-Bitch na Ken has the MC have a proper romantic relationship with the love interest.

Both the heroines have no experience in romance. Both are also filled with sex jokes

Shorthair main heroine with school obligations learn to be a proper "girlfriend". A lot of lewd stuff happens. The difference is that Boku no Kanojo rely on dirty jokes, while Okusama is straight ecchi.

Both are anime with a typical, normal male protagonist in school who gets in weird, sometimes straight up absurd situations involving different girls, and sex jokes. I'd say Sho-bitch is slightly more ribald while NouCome is slightly more absurd. But you can certainly expect similar student harem situations and fan service from both.

Both are harem anime that involve really perverted girls. Both harem's include the main character's younger sister. Both shows are basically all about fan service. There is a lot of comedy involved in both as well.
