Synopsis

Ryo's boss, Chief Ohara, has just won 3 million yen in the lottery, but despite his best attempts, he fails to keep it a secret from the rest of the officers of the police box. Ryo forces him to celebrate by ordering food from an expensive restaurant, spending almost all of the Chief's winnings in the process.
This ignites a fire in Ryotsu, causing him to become obsessed with winning the lottery. By some amount of luck, Ryo actually manages to win 5.5 billion yen, and goes on a wild spending spree, all the while attempting to keep it secret.
