Cyborg Kuro-chan

Both are very obscure comedy anime of all times Kuro = Luckyman (Both are parodys of tokusatsu superheroes, Kuro is possibly a parody of Showa Kamen Rider and Luckyman is a parody of Ultraman) Mi = Effortman (Both are Blue characters) Matatabi = Victory Man (Both have their hidden weapon) Kotaro = Genius Man (Both are Geniuses) Dr Go. = Superstarman (Both are the pathetic characters of them all, Dr Go. was being called as the loser and Superstarman is the weakest superhero of all times) Nana = Friendship Man (Both have can make Friendships, Nana has a relationship with Kuro and Friendship Man uses the power of Friendships  

Both features anthropomorphic robotic cats as main protagonists and are aimed to male children. 

Tokyo pig and Kurochan have a lot in common they both have kid friendly cartoonish designs and typical old school styled anime humor and total wackiness. 

High speed adventures with main characters who looks very similar in both appearance and mindset. The main villains are genius scentist creating robots and mechas, especially against the heroes. Similar situations and events with funny fights. 

They just feel a lot the same. Random comedy with random characters. Then every once in awhile it feels like it changes from a kids show to something a bit more. Also, production values are about the same~
