Young Hiroomi Nase is secretly showing off his powers to his younger sister, Mitsuki, in what he calls a type of special Spirit World warrior training. But when their older sister, Izumi, returns from school, the two are scolded for using their abilities without proper supervision. However, Mitsuki praises her brother's skill and dedication to his training, which captures Izumi's attention.

Mirai no Akarui Ikkakusenkin Keikaku
Mirai Kuriyama has completely run out of money, not even having enough to buy herself a meal. While mulling over her predicament, she runs into her schoolmate Akihito Kanbara. He suggests they meet with their elder, Ayaka Shindou, who may have a solution to her financial woes. The woman points the two in the direction of a freak youmu that gives out money to any decent person who encounters it, but she fails to warn them about the dangers along the way.

20-dai Joshi, Koi Ooki Otoshigoro
Heartbroken after not hearing from her ex-boyfriend, Shizuku Ninomiya confides in Izumi over a bottle of alcohol. Uninterested in entertaining Shizuku's drunk antics, Izumi criticizes her for acting like a child, which only makes Shizuku more agitated. As she rambles about her students in the literature club, Izumi must come up with an idea to mend Shizuku's broken heart.

Idol e no Michi!
Conversing over tea, Ai Shindou tells her friends of her dream to form an idol group with them. She has been inspired by their previous mission where they performed like an idol group to defeat a youmu. With this experience in mind, Ai tries to convince Mirai, Akihito, Hiroomi, and Mitsuki that they have what it takes to become idols, despite their reluctance.

Pajama Party
Mirai, Mitsuki, Ai, and Sakura Inami all gather in Mitsuki's room for a pajama party. While indulging herself in the abundance of snacks, Mirai finds herself envious of Mitsuki and Ai's large breasts. Offended, the two retaliate by bringing up her mixed feelings for Akihito, who prefers glasses. This leads the group into a conversation about their romantic lives and whom each of them likes.

Gasshuku ni Ikou!
Hiroomi and Akihito were working on an anthology for the literature club before Hiroomi lost it. As they look through stacks of paper for the anthology, Hiroomi insists that they are wasting precious time. He tries to convince Akihito that the club should take a field trip instead, using the latter's two main weaknesses to build their ultimate fantasy.

Haha Kara no Tegami
Akihito goes to see Ayaka after receiving an embarrassing unconventional letter from his mother. As a youmu, Ayaka is the only person who can open the letter, so the boy needs her to read it to him. Wanting to ensure no one else will find out about its contents, Akihito takes every precaution he can to keep anyone away from Ayaka's coffee shop for the duration of their meeting. However, his attempt to protect the letter ends up backfiring, as everyone is now eager to learn what it says.
