Synopsis

This is Part 2 of 3 of the O.V.A series. The story continues roughly 6 months to a year after the events in part 1. Shougo Yahagi is faced with making a decision that may bring him into direct conflict with power elite who have made changes to the world he lives in.

As mentioned in the synopsis of Megazone 23 (Part 1) footage was added to change the ending. This footage was added to the English dubbed Megazone 23 Part 11: & Part 1 Special Film, on Laserdisc [W7bL 1007] (A.K.A The international edition) the special film is the added footage that was included when Megazone 23 was recut and dubbed into Robotech: The movie.
