If you thought Buta no Gotoki was crazy, you have to see the second episode of Kyuuketsuki (the first one had a more traditional animation style). A story about vampires who use anal sex to absorb life force instead of sucking blood, featuring extreme ahegao and frantic scenes which, much like with Buta no Gotoki, are not meant to be taken seriously.
