If you have a chance to use discord it is similar to MAL but more interactive. We have a small but dedicated group romance and also a dedicated channel for shoujo romance as well. And yes as a romance anime group girls are common.
You have really good taste, I like Fruits Baskets and Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, both are my favorite anime that makes me emotional.
If you ask for recommendations based on your list, I would recommend by genre based on your taste
For romance comedy you could try kaguya-sama. The quality of the show improves with each season and I really like season 3 and the movie.
For shoujo romance, you could try Orange. It is a romance anime that you would get attached to it, and it has a complete story.
You could also try to watch Anohana as well and based on one of your 10/10 anime I think you might like it.
