These series both follow a protagonist dealing with a girl in class who has trouble socializing. They are lighthearted, cute, and tackles issues of the girls have with a comedic and some romantic spin.

Expressional silence. You don't need to make a face, and it does confuse a few indeed, for the better or for the worst? Usually for the worst. Both manga follow a female MC who is unable to express their feelings causing a little trouble for the other MC they are paired with, with all the time meaning no harm or trickery. Aharen and Kashiwada look similar too. Both are good comedy manga using the same idea over and over for the base of the story.

The main characters are pretty much Tanaka and Oota Well... if Tanaka was a girl and they had a romantic relationship

Both manga have a similar cast of characters and a general plot where one of the MCs is drawn into a random misunderstanding pretty much every chapter. The male MCs have similar design and personality, but Mutou also shares traits with Aharen in terms of the random skills that they happen to possess. Mutou has sisters that fill certain character niches like Aharen's siblings. In particular, Kazari is decently similar to Aharen (Reina) in that both are mute and have a bit of an "own tempo" personality.

Cute relationship between a tall dude and a small girl; very wholesome. No kuuderes in Onna ga Nigate na Yankee to Shoujo no Hanashi and the dude has a fear of women. If you liked Aharen-san wa Hakarenai but wanted more romance, Yankee & Little Girl (they're the same age) is a great option.

Humour in the art/facial expressions. Both are really cute and funny and just such an easy and enjoyable read! If you love one you're sure to love the other.

Both feature a straightforward guy interacting with another girl. Aharen doesn't feature nearly as much focus on romance, but the general vibe both series give is pretty similar. Soredemo is probably just a little more down to Earth.

These shows follow pairs of students who have a hard time communicating their true feelings to others. With a cute art style and comedic tone, each series observes the characters develop romantic interests as they grow more social and attached to each other.

Friends-being-friends in a school life with some focus on romance and romantic relationships involving people who are not used to it.

Both male leads are dumb but in a cute way, and both mangas are funny

Shounen-orientated stories about relationships between seatmates with comedy and romance. MCs in Aharen-san wa Harakenai have a more "unique" personalities but both mangas still have a same vibe. If you liked one of them - you will like other one for sure.
