Androids solving crimes, forming families, and learning what it means to be human through music and suffering. Technoroid: Overmind androids combine logic and love to form the most optimal family. Pluto robots feel like they mimic their humans' social norms. Each anime tackles a murder mystery, discrimination, and the question "do androids dream of electric sheep?" The answer is, of course, no. They dream in plot relevant flashbacks just like humans.

If I had a nickel for each time I saw an anime containing androids, singing, and dystopian futures, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but its weird that it happened twice. Right? It is still pretty early in the Technoroid: Overmind series, but so far it has a similar feel to Vivy with the bright colors and good music. If you like a mix of song, action, and writing, then Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song is a good pick to watch next.
