This series of 5-min omake derives it's humor from explaining and poking fun at stereotypes related to Kansai-region natives (commonly known in shows as the idiots from Osaka).
The only hints of sexual humor so far (as of watching the 3rd episode) is Namika's dirty jokes at the beginning and her bathing in the end credits. The rest of the episode offers advice on how to deal with people from Osaka and their quirks.
For flash-ish animation and a sparse cast of characters, I can't find anything in particular to praise, but I can't really dislike it either. It takes longer to read this review than to watch an episode. If you can find even a bit of tongue-in-cheek humor in Osaka-mommas, then give this show a try.
