I'm usually not into this type of gender bender manga. First off, I usually like it if it's (guy-->girl) x girl. So then the reason why I liked this may lie with the presentation more than anything else. It also has to do with the character. He is always doing the chores of other. (Usually stereotypical women's work the men don't want to do.) He is tread on and the girls have no interest in him from the beginning. Also as much as the main character doesn't want to get married to a man, she (Now she at this point.) never says anything against intimate interactions as a woman with a man. Making me believe Ryouka wasn't really aware of her sexual desires at the beginning and believes in a man/woman relationship. Although she wants to change back, she never says anything against actual intimacy in her body with men, giving a ray of hope to the guy character.
The pacing is good and the jokes are funny at least to me. The reluctance of marrying the guy is just at the level to make it show that she can be won over with time, so long as the guy starts to get his act together and treats her with respect. The first few chapters are a little rough and used to show the guy's initial bad character. It picks up after that.
Many people have said that the main character has the thoughts of a man, making it unappealing, but it is shown she admits to thinking like a woman after the potion and states it out loud later after first trying to assert she's still a man.
