Story: I give it a 6 on story. I really enjoyed where it was going, how everything flowed, however it was still missing something for me. Still a good story though. I think it would have been better had the special been a bit longer, or if this was turned into a feature film with maybe an extra half hour.

Art: Good. I'm very pleased with it.

Sound: Great! Everything is clear and easy to understand.

Character: Best aspect of the whole movie! The story focuses on a bit of story for the side characters, but it involves the crew heavily of course and they seem to fit right in.

Enjoyment: This is definitely something One Piece fans should watch.

Overall: Not too bad. Improvements could be made, but the special is still enjoyable. I watched this after the Loguetown Arc and it made more sense to me personally.
