Heroman is not your typical Japanese. If fact, it is a throwback to one of the 80s and 90s American cartoon. Remember the old days when you sitting in front of the TV on Saturday watching cartoons such as Spider-Man or TMNT. Well, this is one of those boy's cartoon. So far, the plot is pretty generic, and I highly doubt it will get any more in-depth. The art looks amazing as it represents what american culture looks like. However, aside from the human, Heroman and the aliens are laughable. Heroman looks the the Stay Puff Marshmallow man from Ghostbusters and the aliens reminds those angel from Evangelion.

Overall, if you like watching old nostalgic cartoon, then I recommend you to give this a try
