When i saw the first part of the first episode, it looked epic. The scene starts off in a war zone with the main character almost dead on the floor. I love anime that has a brutal reality of war in its art, however i was fooled. The epic battlefield that the show birthed us into, turned into a day care for the non rational and childish characters, and a harem for the main protagonist.
Fights
There are the fights and the set ups for missions that i like, but it gets spoiled by just plain stupidity. The realistic war zone edge that they had, where they could get wounded and they felt weak, turned into an irrational invisibility that they had when they battled.
Character Hardships
The deepness of the mental wounds of the characters seem easily shallow, for example one of the characters accidentally killed someone, but the main dude was like *pat pat* on her fucking head and then everything was resolved.
Villains
The villains in this series have no special attribute ---- they are the same a power ranger villains, as in they come in with epic stuff but then get beat and cry like a baby, its the same thing every time.
Main character weapons
The main character is ...... you guessed it, a katana wielder. Not that having katanas is bad but there isn't any unique style to it. The final form of the main character is a set of armore that looks really cartoon -ish, like i wanted a rusted metallic armor, but instead we get the colorful suit from when the power rangers morph.
I hoped you found some use and sympathies with me on some points instead of growling at your screen trying to find where i live so you can chop my fingers off so i will never type such a bad review again. :)
