I get a familiar feel when reading either Strobe Edge or Orange. Both shoujo series explores human emotions with the main characters. They are also known for well-rounded romance that develops between the main male and female protagonists. As time goes on, the connection they build explores their true characteristics. Drama is distinctive that holds strong emotional values as well in their story. Orange is also noticeable for its additional supernatural content while Strobe Edge's story gets more complicated with romance angles.
Innocent high school love with similar characters, jealousy, regret, and being unable to voice your feelings properly. The art is veeery similar.
The artwork is very similar and the main characters' romance gives off same type of vibe: shyness, jealousy, etc. A forewarning should be made about Orange because it is categorized as a tragedy but DO NOT let this throw you off! In no way is Strobe Edge "lighter" in evoking emotions but Orange has a more serious premise. I tend to stay away from tragedies as I do not fare well with non-fairytale-like endings but Orange is a very sweet manga and I highly recommend it!

Similar art, Ninako and Ren looks a lot like Naho and Kakeru (to me at least) but the story really isn't the same. Strobe Edge is a great manga, not as much as Orange, but it's still great.
