Even though one is still publishing and the other is a one shot, both are about ninja, and the main characters are pretty similar: a rather problematic kid and the guy who protects him/her no matter what. Both Jin & Thobari-sensei are handsome but awkward ninja that pretend to be teachers at the school of the above said kid, and Hime, despite being a girl, looks a bit like Miharu.
If Nabari No Ou was a shoujo manga, it would be Ichihime Ninja.
