Both mangas are about people who are trying to survive on a desert island.
Jisatsutou (Suicide Island)'s theme is a bit darker tho, and its art is quite unique.
Taking the idea of survival horror and transforming into a story with a cast of characters is what Eden no Ori and Jisatsutou has set up in the beginning. Both series' setting takes place on a mysterious island where they must depend each other and themselves to survive. In Eden no Ori, there are mysteries and abnormal creatures. On the other hand, Jisatustou conveys more of human nature when they are portrayed as the prey on the island. Both series also has violence because of the survival trope. Recommended for people who have an interest in survival horror.

Groups of people get stranded on an island and try to survive. In both you can see human behavior when society and morality is stripped from the protagonists. Eden no Ori has more fan service being Ecchi. Jitsatsutou struggles in my opinion because many characters have no distinct features and its really easy to mix them.
