1.Openings between the 2 are scary alike
2.Main characters Mecha look the same
3.Coordinators and Naturals and Norma and Mana They both have to different type of humans that dislike each other
4.Both main find themselves fighting to survive

Holy Cthulhu. Do I even need to explain why I'm recommending this anime?
Just watch the Cross Ange opening. Don't even have to watch an episode to understand. Sunrise is LITERALLY spoonfeeding the viewers the influence of Gundam Seed.
Similar animation styles, art, characters (YES TUSK, I'M LOOKING AT YOU), romance, mechas (this is a no-brainer), revolution plot, blahblahblahblah~
And yes, this anime is definitely going to be enjoyable for those who loved how flamboyant Gundam Seed was. This anime should be the true successor to the series instead of the mistake called Seed Destiny.
