If you want a story set in somewhat of a Victorian London look no further Gosick and Princess Principal are the best anime for you.
Gosick is full of intriguing mysteries and Princess Principal is all about the spy action.

-Both of them revolve around a Victorian-style world setting with some form of unrest being present
-Lots of detective vibes can be felt from both of these shows
-Good pass-time to keep you wanting more after each episode

The only relatable aspect is the setting. But one could go on about the mystery elements here too. Spies exist to do the work behind the scenes, or detectives exist to piece together the unknown. Whatever it be, both Gosick and Princess Principal do a good job at executing their setting, a setting of which only the mysterious lingering; a nice little team action to go with too.
Both are pretty good mysteries set in the Victorian era (around that period). Take PP for action compared to Gosick's hint of romance between two destined to meet, however.
