Both anime focus more on a club that does odd jobs, and their episodes contain the odd jobs.
The both anime's the characters fight to protect the school. In both animes the main characters take offers from people to help them. These animes also have similar generes such as: comedy, school life.
Both animes are about two school clubs who help people. Also the main girls are alike there both really strong and are well known street fighters. Also the main guys both use sling shots as there weapons.

Dissimilarities:
Thought in both animes have clubs that help someone in need, in OSN, the club there is more of a businesslike thing, that is whenever someone approaches them for help, they have to pay it with favors, while in SD, them helping somebody in need is done in order to solicit members.
