Wolf's Rain

I'm so glad other people agree that these two are similar!
Both are dark shoujo series (I consider Wolf's Rain to be more on the shoujo side than the shounen side, and X is absolutely shoujo) with a large, primarily male cast. Sacrifice, betrayal, trust, friendship, end of the world, protecting the one(s) you love at all costs, etc. are all present in both series. All in all the two series just have a very similar feel to them. If you like one you will most likely enjoy the other.
Did I mention X has a wolf? =)
Even though the plots are completely different. i think some of the characters r very simular. also they both deal with the end of the world sanario's. and the main character has something to protect but has a very hard time doing so. both are great manga's though. you should watched them both. :)
